These General Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the use of the Online Shop www.houseofarsene.com, as well as to provide you with information in connection with the conclusion of distance contracts through the use of the Online Store.

By using www.houseofarsene.com you, as a user, agree that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Online Shop
Each of you can freely enter and browse the Online Store. If you want to buy goods from HOUSE OF ARSENE, you must first select the desired item, then click the "BUY PRODUCT” button. Review the contents of the basket, which is located in the upper right corner of the site. Once you do, you have the option to go back to the store or complete the order. When pressing the "FINISH ORDER" button, you should enter your delivery details, accept the General Terms and Conditions and choose one of the two payment methods - cash on delivery (payment on delivery) or by card. When you click the "SUBMIT” button, your order is sent to us. You will receive a phone call or confirmation email. All orders are executed within 3 working days, in case the items you have ordered are available. For items that are currently unavailable and are about to be made to order, we will set a preliminary deadline for their implementation.

Free Shipping
Delivery when ordering from HOUSE OF ARSENE is completely free of charge to an office or an exact address with the services of the courier company Speedy. Orders are delivered with "Review" and "Test" options. In case of damaged or contaminated item, it should be paid in full.

Return
The return of items due to dissatisfaction with size, color or pattern is made at the time at the expense of the customer.

In case you have paid for your order by card, the amount will be automatically refunded the moment we receive your returned product undamaged.

Replacement
The HOUSE OF ARSENE brand does not offer the "Replacement" service.
